Project

The experience of the Directorate of Works in different fields of works in Iraq before 2003 can be shown in the summary below:                   

• Preparation of designs and supervision the different constructed buildings (housing, administrative, services and sporting) such as:    

1. The construction of (218) shelters.

2. The construction of(3)hospitals.                  

• sign the contracts and supervising to the  

 Construction of water supply and sanitary networks, electrical power stations, roads and air-conditioning networks, such as:

1. Fix the air-conditioning networks in many hospitals.

2. Construct the ice-making factories in different locations of Iraq.

• sign the contracts and supervising to the construction of airports (main and secondary) such as:

  1. Construction of al – Quadisia Airport.

  2. Construction of al –BakirAirport.

•      Preparation of design and supervise to construct the water supply and sewage treatment networks and power stations such as:                          

    1. Developing of the power stations and water supply projects in many military camps.                                                           

    2. Construct the sewage treatment plant in Taji.   

     The projects supervised by the directorate of works throughout the ministry of housing and construction to the benefit of (Ministry of Defense in Iraq) after 2003.

• Renovation the buildings of Bladrooz camp (stage 1 and 2), this project   

   Consisted the renovation of multi-storey different buildings (administrative, housing, services and health) as well as the supervising to achieve the water Supply, sewage treatment networks and electrical power station with total  Cost of ($15807354) and the supervising to construct two stations of water supply and sewage treatment plant with  total cost of ($1356000).                          

•  Renovation of different buildings with the necessary supported networks in  Al-Taji (stage 1, 2, 3, 4) including the   renovation of different administrative housing , services and health buildings , as well as the water supply and sewage treatment networks and electrical power stations with total cost of ( $71271000) .
